An invitation to rest, ground, and be held by the Earth
with Laure Tobiaz Veltz
This deeply restorative class offers space to pause, soften, and come home — to your body, your breath, and the steady presence of the Earth beneath you. We begin with gentle, optional movement and/or soothing pranayama to support settling and ease, before resting into an extended Yoga Nidrā practice.
Yoga Nidrā, often translated as “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditative experience that supports deep rest while maintaining conscious awareness. In this class, we dedicate our practice to reconnecting with the Earth and the natural world, inviting you to sense yourself as part of our surrounding environment through embodied awareness, breath, and guided visualization. The intention is to gently cultivate a felt sense of grounding, belonging, and renewed connection with our planet — at your own pace, in your own time.
This class is an invitation to rest, restore, and reconnect, especially during times of stress, grief, or transition. All bodies, nervous systems, and levels of experience are welcome.
