New Year's resolutions weighing you down? Overwhelmed with the pressure of new year/new you messaging?

What if instead of focusing on all the things that need to change, we practice compassion and endurance?

When we acknowledge and honor things as they are, we ultimately experience more peace and less suffering.

Let's put some time and energy into understanding radical acceptance (what it is and what it isn't) and how we can apply it to ourselves and the things we cannot change.

This 75-minute session will include a slow, meditative physical practice, and some quiet time for contemplation and journaling. bring all of your pillows and props for some yin poses and an extended and partially-guided savasana.
