Shanna Linn, Yoga Teacher, Anatomy Specialist
Yoga—in its many forms—presents an infinite body of wisdom to help us to reflect our best version of health in mind, body, and spirit. One could study yoga forever and still never know all it has to offer; it’s an ongoing, beautiful pursuit. Shanna fell in love with yoga in 1991 when it provided safe passage during graduate studies and dramatic life challenges. Since then she has been an avid student of yoga, and has been sharing her love of the practice through teaching since 2000. Shanna is especially interested in the physiology of asana and pranayama, the neuroscience of meditation, and adapting yoga for special needs.
