Hannah Keene


My approach to teaching revolves around the autonomy and agency of my students. While guiding a mindful and alignment based class, I encourage students to make free, expressive and playful movements. Developing the skill of listening to the language of the body, mind and breath. Each practice is led with the intention of slowing down, taking each moment in and allowing for an introspective reset. As a practitioner of Yin and Restorative yoga, I combine rest and movement to create dynamic, even paced classes that allow for the release of deep tension and stress.

I received my RYT 200hr certification from Tula Yoga in 2017.
