Yoga can be a true keystone in your life, a practice where you can tap into and process thoughts and feelings. The mere act of being a human in the world can present us with situations that ask us to be brave. As the hero of your own life, what is the source of your courage?   

In this workshop, we'll explore where you find the resources within yourself to step outside of your comfort zone (or not - because it also takes courage to say no!) Choosing one path over another may require us to draw on wells of courage that we didn't know we possessed. 

Do you find courage in your yoga and meditation practices?  Whether the answer is yes or no, we'll explore the theme of courage through journaling prompts, gentle movement, and breath.
