A powerful, gentle yoga practice intertwined with journal prompts and guided meditation to help you connect to Svadhyaya. Svadhyaya, or self study, is an important piece of Yoga, as it acknowledges who we’ve been, who we are, and who we want to be. Join me on February 18th to compassionately reflect and hold space for all you’ve been and all you can be.
