Hannah was drawn to yoga over 10 years ago, and it has been a tool to help her feel at home in her body ever since. Hannah loves the way that yoga creates space for creativity, mindfulness, and self acceptance. Hannah is a therapist at Room To Breathe’s psychotherapy clinic, and completed her yoga teacher training at Room To Breathe because its psych-sensitive, trauma informed approach aligned with her values personally, and as a social worker. Hannah’s goal for each class is to hold a warm, inviting space where everyone feels able to connect with their innate strength.
