Candice's teaching and practice revolves around the simple principle that if you can breathe, you can practice yoga. As a teacher, she's passionate about creating a judgement-free environment in which all students can approach their practice with a sense of curiosity, freedom, and compassion. 

She has been practicing yoga in various forms for over ten years and received her 200 hour training from Room to Breathe in 2020 that specializes in trauma-informed, psych-sensitive yoga.
Candice believes that yoga can heal the relationship between the mind and body and that it's a powerful tool for managing anxiety, trauma, and stress. In the hopes that students all leave feeling more invigorated, centered, and confident, Candice approaches teaching with an equal amount of softness and strength; encouraging students to be gentle with themselves while also inviting postures, breathing, and meditations to foster strength and resilience.
