Yoga for Healthy Aging: A Four-Week Series

This series is planned to guide you through an exploration of the practice of yoga, and the countless ways in which it can be a catalyst for healthy aging. Aging brings with it changes in the physical and emotional planes, as well as wisdom gained from experiences. Our yoga practice can, and should shift to accommodate these changes. We will explore physical poses to address strength, stability and balance, and breath techniques for grounding and peace of mind.

Each week will explore a different theme, including:

  • Strength and Grounding

  • Balance and Flexibility

  • Clarity and Focus

  • Integration
