This class is designed to help you connect more deeply to your heart center- the energetic home of love, forgiveness, joy and acceptance. You will be given instruction in breathing techniques as well as a blend of gentle, breath-focused movement and restorative poses to create space and send awareness to heart center. You will then be led through a deep, guided relaxation culminating in a visit to the Heart Temple. Afterwards, all who choose will be granted space to share their experiences within the safe space of the group. Expect to walk out of practice feeling soothed and restored, and with an open heart.
