First Fridays: Restorative Yoga


Join Katie for a deeply relaxing and restorative yoga practice. This class, hosted on the first Friday of each month, is designed for people of all experience levels – all are welcome! This is a very quiet, nourishing practice. Gentle movement, breathing, and guided relaxation are combined with thoughtful use of yoga props (pillows, blankets, bolsters – so cozy!) to support your body in ways that facilitate ease and space in your body, mind, and heart. Please join us for this wonderfully nourishing practice, followed by tea and kind conversation.
