"Slow Down" Yoga: A Summer Special with Erin Cowan
Give yourself this hour to slow down and unwind from summer's hectic pace. Combining gentle yoga, somatics (a body/ mind tension release), slow breathing, and relaxation, this class is your time to turn inward and to take care of you. All are welcome, no prior experience necessary, appropriate for the helpers and healers in the world. Class runs June, July, and August.
