Prenatal Yoga is a supportive practice, both beneficial for mothers and babies.

It uses physical movements, breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques to safely address the changing needs of the mother’s body, and enhance her mind/body connection.

It is an excellent physical and emotional childbirth preparation building strength, endurance, and giving the mother the skill to deeply relax, reducing her apprehensions.
