Arrival time: We respect your time, so our classes begin and end on time. Please plan to arrive 5 minutes early so that you can set up for class. If you're new or need to change, allow 10 extra minutes. Due to our limited space and commitment to small class sizes, pre-registration is required for all classes in order to save your spot. You can pre-register by clicking on the calendar or by emailing us at email@example.com.
Out of respect for our community, including the students practicing, we do not accept late arrivals to class. Feel free to email us if something comes up unexpectedly and we can change your registration to another day.
Requirements for participation: If you are working with a health condition, injury, or are pregnant, please consult with your health-care team to ensure that yoga practice is safe for you. You are responsible for modifying the practice so it is safe and comfortable for you, and all of our teachers are there to empower you to do so. You must wear a shirt and pants at all times in the yoga studio. Changing within the studio is not allowed, but bathrooms are provided for changing.
Cancellation for regular classes: We require a 2-hour notice for cancellation for regular classes. You may "deregister" on your Tula account or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Monthly memberships: Monthly memberships offer unlimited classes at a discounted price, but a six-month commitment is required. You must give us thirty days' notice to cancel your membership (by emailing email@example.com).
Email collection: Our registration software collects your email address, and we will occasionally send you news and promotions. We never sell or share your email with any other group or service. If you'd like to unsubscribe to these emails, you may do so at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of the email.
Serious Illness or Disability: If you have a serious illness (mental or physical) or disability, you are WELCOME HERE to all of our programming. We simply ask that you (1) get medical clearance from your healthcare team and (2) bring an assistant with you for the safety of you and of our community. There is no charge for this assistant to attend with you. We welcome you with open arms. We are here for you and we believe in your unique perspective and honor your voice.
