Nicole’s intention as a yoga teacher is to guide her students through mindful breathwork and slow movement, in order to potentially relieve stress and tension, and lead to mental and emotional clarity.  She teaches this practice because it positively changed her life, giving her tools to control her own anxiety during the most challenging times.   

Nicole has been a student of yoga since 2003, and a teacher of yoga since 2011.  She received her 200 hour and 500 hour advanced teaching certifications through Moksha Yoga Center.  Having accomplished thousands of hours studying and teaching, Nicole continues to be inspired as a student and as a teacher with consistent practice and study.

Nicole is grateful to have witnessed physical and emotional growth in her students due to the simple union of breath and movement.  She truly believes everyone can benefit from this powerful practice of yoga and loves nothing more than to share it with everyone she can!
