Molly Black, Yoga Teacher


Molly has been practicing yoga for 10 years and has always had a passion for mindfulness. Her intention as a yoga and meditation teacher is to empower her students to show up as their best selves and ease stress. Molly's passion for mindfulness stemmed from her work in social impact, she has always worked with organizations focused on doing good and this is what brought her to teaching yoga. She works with individuals and businesses one-on-one to inspire them to bring mindfulness into their everyday lives.
