Katie Tuttle, Yoga Teacher

 I truly love to share the gifts of mindfulness and embodiment practices with others. My background and current studies include yoga, dance, anatomy, meditation, philosophy, poetry, and Ayurveda. I am adept at personalized, therapeutic applications (i.e. structural concerns and chronic pain management) and guiding students in deepening relaxation and inner awareness. My favorite classes to teach are restorative (for so many of us, this is the practice we need the most!), and balanced, accessible embodiment practices that serve a wide range of applications and individuals. I typically incorporate anatomical teachings, awareness of subtle sensation, and poetry in my classes. I find that these combined offer inspiring and accessible entry points for the beautiful variety of personalities, bodies, and emotional orientations that come together in a group class setting. I truly believe that every person is complete here and now, and it is my great joy to be in service to your wholeness.
