Intro to Meditation

Mindfulness-based meditation has exploded in popularity as a salve to the chaos of modern living. But where do you begin? This class will present the theory and practice of meditation in digestible pieces. You'll get a "sampler" of techniques each week, with instruction as to how to include these practices in your daily routine. Expect about 15 minutes of discussion, 15 minutes of preparatory practices, and 15 minutes of seated meditation. Come as you are; accommodations can be made for your individual needs.
