Gentle Yoga + Somatics 

Somatic Yoga is an extremely gentle practice accessible to any level of practitioner. In this class you will do small motions specifically targeted to common areas of stress and tension in the physical body. Practice is light-hearted and is intended to shift you from "doing" mode into "un-doing." By releasing tension from the body, the mind, and the breath, a sense of ease from within may be revealed. All levels welcome. Touching your toes not required.
