Gentle Flow

Gentle Flow is a practice accessible to any level of practitioner. In this class, you will be guided through gentle postures shared alongside uplifting themes and meditations. This practice is intended to help you shift from "doing" mode into a state of being. By releasing tension from the body, the mind, and the breath, a sense of ease and lightness from within may be revealed. All levels welcome. Touching your toes not required.
