Flow and Restore

Our signature class is intended to take you from your busy workday into a quiet, calm space for the evening ahead. Expect mindful movement of breath paired with postures intended to release common places of holding and tension, as well as build strength and flexibility. The second half of class includes deeply relaxing postures, along with breath work, meditation, and visualization intended to restore body and mind. Beginners and experienced students are both welcome; options will be presented for all levels.
